2016 Sister Blog Recommendation Challenge!

I don't know about you guys, but when I think of how 2006 was TEN years ago, I have a mini existential crisis.

In order words, HAPPY NEW YEAR to all of you!

I hope your year is filled with towering stacks of books and book boyfriends and bookmarks and bookstores and everything happy and book-related. To kick off the year and celebrate our new sisterhood with Audris and Jacquelyn at the YA Bookmark, the four of us (Juhina, Audris, Jacquelyn, and I) are doing a six month recommendation challenge. We each recommend three books for the rest to read and aim to read at least six of them throughout the year. We'll be posting updates every three months to let you all know how we're doing.

Juhina recommends:

Written in Red by Anne Bishop
The Book of Blood and Shadow by Robin Wasserman
The Girl on the Train by Paula Hawkins

Jacquelyn recommends:

Damage Done by Amanda Panitch
Faking Normal by Courtney C. Stevens
Pretty Girl-13 by Liz Coley

Arshia recommends:

The Demon King by Cinda Williams Chima
Vicious by V.E. Schwab
Every Breath by Ellie Marney

Audris recommends:

Illuminae by Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff
The Girl With All the Gifts by M.R. Carey
Shattered Souls by Mary Lindsey

  3. I have to recommend reading the book The Girl on the Train: A Novel.
I finished reading it today, and my conclusion is that its a really good book to read.

I ordered mine off Amazon and they delivered it in just two days.
